How to get there quicker and smarter on two wheels

Book your trip

Simply open the app to tell us where you are, and where you’re going. We’ll send the nearest available Driver.

Meet your Driver

You’ll get an estimated arrival time. Watch the map to see when your Scooti is nearby. Then, head outside to meet them.

Safety first!

Your Driver will give you a helmet and a hairnet. They’ll also give you some pointers, to make sure you have the safest ride possible.

Smile through traffic

Hold onto the safety handles (or your Driver’s shoulders) and enjoy the view. We can skip the queue at traffic lights to get you there faster.

How to have a great ride, every time

Safety is an important part of using Scooti, and it’s a two-way street. Both you and your driver have a few extra rules to follow to keep each other safe.

Keep your helmet on at all times

When your driver arrives, they’ll give you a helmet and make sure it’s fitted properly. Once the helmet strap is secured, don’t take it off until the end of the trip.

Step onto the bike

When your driver says they’re ready, get on the scooter from the left-hand side. You’ll place one hand on the driver’s shoulder and the other on the box at the back of the bike.

Hold on

Grab the sturdy grip handles on each side of the bike. Once you’re comfortable, you’re ready to ride.

Ride like a pro

Mirror your driver’s body movements in a relaxed body position. (But make sure you hold on the whole time!)

Talk to your driver

Tell your driver if you start to feel unsafe or uncomfortable. They’ll also check in with you to make sure you’re ok throughout the trip. It’s no problem if you want to stop and get off the bike at any point.

Rate your ride

At the end of your trip, you’ll have a chance to rate your ride, and your driver will do the same. Be honest if you didn’t have a great time, this helps us improve for next time.

* We’re just starting out, so at the moment we can only pickup within 10km of Melbourne Town Hall and within the Sydney CBD, and just south of the bridge. Due to limited drivers on the roads, try to book 10-15 minutes before you need to leave.
